Service Description

Schedule an appointment for a one-on-one remote assistance session with one of our technicians. The technician will contact you within the half hour window scheduled. Please note: if the appointment before yours runs long, we may not call you at the start of your appointment window but will always do our best to contact you as soon as possible.

Cancelation Policy

If our technician contacts you and you do not answer the phone call, you'll have approximately ten minutes to return the call before we will move on to the next appointment and require that you reschedule your missed appointment. Chronically missed appointments will result in revoked remote appointment service.
